Primary Responsibility
Project based role supporting Procurement Manager including:
- Maintain the overall procurement and logistics procedures.- Maintain suppliers’ database.- Assess and evaluate suppliers.- Ensure an efficient overall purchase process- Arrange sufficient quotations in consultation with originator.- Negotiate and purchase goods.- Organize and maintain purchase system.- Archive relevant purchasing documentation.- Stay up to date with market developments.- Verify incoming invoices.- Managing and controlling (external) suppliers and establish strategic relationships with key suppliers- Assist in the progress and monitoring from suppliers.- Ensure the administration related with purchasing being done properly and recorded in system

- Diploma in civil /mechanical/electrical engineering, or related disciplines- Have min. 5 years relevant experience on site in a procurement role within the construction industry or a related industry.- Experience of using professional procurement techniques and tools.- Have an understanding of the construction industry, its major players and equipment/service providers.- Strong communication skills in English, both orally and written is a must- Flexible, problem solver, team worker, proactive and culturally sensitive- A working experience in Indonesia is preferable- Willing to work hard and able to work under tight schedule- Willing to be stationed in Bali, Indonesia
