Primary Responsibility
- Memproses permintaan pembelian menjadi Po (Purchase Order) serta memonitor kedatangan barang / jasa.
- Membuat perencanaan pembelian barang maupun jasa sesuai permintaa pembelian yang diterima dari department terkait.
- Melakukan negosiasi dengan supplier.
- Mengatur pembelian agar barang dan kedatangannya sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh department terkait.
- Mencari dan membandingkan beberapa supplier untuk mendapatkan harga dan kualitas yang baik.
- Melakukan negosiasi harga, penalty, cara dan waktu pembayaran serta cara dan waktu pengiriman.
- Membuat “claim / complain supplier” jika terjadi penyimpangan.
- Mengontrol kegiatan pembelian (harga, kualitas, dan delivery) dan administrasi pembelian.

Qualification
- Usia Maksimal 40 tahun
- Pendidikan S1 semua jurusan.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang yang sama.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office.
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik.
- Memiliki link yang luas.
- Mampu bekerja secara tim/individu.
- Memiliki pengalaman di bagian Pembelian.
- Menguasai bahasa Inggris (Aktif), menjadi nilai plus.
- Mampu bekerja deadline.
- Memiliki disiplin, tegas, cekatan, teliti, komitmen, Integritas dan loyalitas kerja yang tinggi.
- Memiliki interpersonal dan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
- Penempatan di Surabaya.
