Working closely with various Departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line Managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation.
Liaising with a range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety;
Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues.
Undertaking regular salary reviews.
Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
Reporting to Head Office.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Having experience as HRD Staff at Site Area is a must.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Able to speak English, both verbal and written.
Willing to be placed at our project site.
