Primary Responsibility
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR Teams to develop resources and procedures that streamline processes, improve execution, and develop talent
- Ensure that developed procedures are fully understood and implemented
- Provide support in organization structure review and update in order to ensure organization structure is aligned with organization strategy
- Own all aspects of development program for high potential store leaders, including program design and implementation
- Actively lead in design and delivery of an ongoing performance management and succession planning process; build timelines, engage stakeholders, prepare resources, and ensure team meets key milestones
- Assess organizational needs to determine the overall direction of associate engagement, leadership, communication, and performance initiatives
- Research, identify, and apply best practices to effectively manage HR initiatives and projects
- Responsible for managing and developing human resources (planning, implementation, supervision of human resources and the development of human resources)
- Perform all recruitment process (recruiting, hiring, and preparation of various employment) and synchronize with manpower planning
- Understanding Labor Laws
- Responsible for employee safety and welfare, wellness and health (BPJS, Insurance registration, claims, compliance and benefit)
- Supports, manage, and reviewing company documents specifically relating to an agreement or legal contract and master the creation and review of the agreement as well as monitoring its validity

Qualification
- High level of integrity and the demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
- Maximum age 30 years old
- 1-3 years’ experience in an HR, OD, or Talent Management preferred
- Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Organizational Development preferred
- Fluent in English is a must
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Strong writing skills with the ability to translate initiatives into documented, actionable processes
- Exceptional organization skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work activity based on need, attention to detail, initiative, and follow-up skills
- Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Must be a self-starter who shows initiative, agility, and flexibility
- Must be proficient in MS Office or other Office applications
