Primary Responsibility
- Partner with Dept Heads in handing employee relations matters, including (but not limited to) performance management, employee productivity, employee concerns etc
- Design, lead and coordinate all HR programs such as recruiting, training/development, performance review, employee communication/relations and benefits
- Responsible for planning and implementation of recruitment & training activities, including employee development and performance management programs
- Plan, direct and coordinate other HR policies, procedures and programs, such as recruiting, employee communication/relations, compensation and benefits
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines; proven track record in understanding the time sensitivity and confidentiality of HR issues
Qualification
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor/S1 degree from reputable Universities
- Minimum 8-year work experience in HR area (preferably working at mining/property company)
- Experience in using HR Information System (PeopleSoft will be an advantage)
- Excellent English skills (verbal & writing)
- Strong initiatives and ability to work under pressure
- Skillful in using computers and application programs
