Primary Responsibility
- Monitor the system performance
- Collaboratively detect and solve issues that occurred on production system
- Participate in both on-site and on-call technical support based on night or day shift work
- Write technical documents and reports for customer
- Communicate knowledge and solutions to customer
Qualification
Qualification
- Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer engineering, or other software development related major
- Have strong analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities
- Had experiences with Unix/Linuxplatform and shell scripting (sh, bash, korn and perl are preferred)
- Understanding of TCP/IP and applications (Telnet, SSH, (S)FTP, and HTTP(S) and Packet Analyzer are preferred)
- Had experiences with database administration and SQL (Oracle and MySQL are preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Good time management
- Can work under pressure and have good stress management
