Primary Responsibility
- Plans strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets (focus on B2B)
- Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products through regional managers and marketing managers
- Prepare business plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model
- Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy
- Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share
- Monitoring all aspect of marketing, sales and promotion
- Supervise and control over all performance of marketing, sales and promotion management for the benefit of the company
Qualification
Qualification
- Possess at least bachelor degree in business studies/administration/management, marketing or equivalent
- At least 10 years of working experience B2B (for GM position) with minimum 5 years managerial experience in the field of marketing within the same industry (steel industry)
- Having excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Focus on target achievements
- Must be willing to work in Cibitung and also live in Cibitung or near Cibitung area
