Primary Responsibility
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls and messages
- Receive and short daily mail/deliveries/courier
- Help the community manager with the daily needs
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (Monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- General administrative duties as assigned
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties
Qualification
Qualification
- Must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any field
- At least 3 years of working experiences as Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficient in English both oral and written
- Have a good skills of communication, interpersonal, and service oriented
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working location Bintaro, South Tangerang
