Primary Responsibility
• Delivery of guest to their room, luggage, messages and any other items for delivery within the Hotel• Ensure the timely and efficient transfer of luggage to and from the guest’s room• Assist guest with transportation requests• To ensure the guest is familiar with their room upon arrival ie. temperature control• Maintain a presence in the Lobby when not delivering luggage to guest rooms, offering assistance to Guests• Assist for valet service when required• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way• Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Qualification
• Graduated from a reputable Hotel School or University, with a proven working experience as a Bellman in the minimum of 1 working year at a 3/4/5 star hotel.• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language and Bahasa Indonesia.• Possesses SIM A (driver’s licence).• Computer literate.
