Primary Responsibility
Responsible on customer service and builds partnerships with other departments to ensure that guests' needs are attended to promptly. Responsive to situations and activities that take place at the lobby, public areas, satellite desks and driveway.

Qualification
• Graduated from a reputable Hotel School or University, with a proven working experience as a Guest Relations Officer in the minimum of 1 working year at a 3/4/5 star hotel.• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language and Bahasa Indonesia.• Fluency in Japanese/Mandarin/Korean is preferable.• Computer literate
