Primary Responsibility
- Responsible for Payroll support, including: employee reports Log – Exit- Create reports monthly Medical Insurance (registering and issuing participant), BPJS.- Responsible for attendance (monthly and support payroll data) and make employee attendance report presentation for review by All Dept Heads- Responsible for updating employee database every month. Doing input into the database for new employees.- Provide induction for new employees- Make PKWT contract and PKWTT- Create a reference letter to employees: resign, filing bank, etc.- Conducting training process- Conduct and apply all existing regulations and that have socialize.- Responsible for the search for a new candidate data via talent resources, media, or any information support- Conduct a review incoming CV will be interviewed & give the recommendation for users.- Conduct initial assessment via telephone and arrange an invitation interview candidates with user- Provide psychological tests for candidates who apply via email & post- Draft a job description for a new position or to a position that will be posted to the talent resources- Have knowledge , ISO 9001 : 2015
