Primary Responsibility
- Create and monitoring annual marketing budget- Ensure correct implementation of various marketing activities and processes (media materials, campaigns and events)- Schedule, supervise and implement all forms of advertisement (ad campaigns planning, press release, promo page, barter ads, free ads) for all brands to the media- Maintain and increase all brands exposures and coverage through media (ads, product shoot, fashion spread, TV commercial, etc)- Build and maintain community relations with external third parties such as mall management, media, vendors and local authority- Deal and negotiate with bank and health insurance companies for a partnership- Ensure all in-store, bank campaigns and all marketing collaterals are distributed well for all brands and displayed properly in each store- Doing a market research to see the feedback from clients or costumers

- Candidate must have 5 years experience in Retail/ Consumer Goods as a Marketing Manager- Having experience in strategic planning for Retail- Can work with target and must have strong passion to achieve the target- Familiar in making and design a new promos for company- Candidate must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), problem solving capabilities, organizational, knowledge of community planning- Must have knowledge of community planning and ability to develop strong knowledge- Fluent in English both oral and written
