TNT ekspress mulai beroperasi di Indonesia pada tahun 1979 dengan PT Skypak International. Jaringan operasional TNT meliputi 32 kota besar di Indonesia, didukung 21 depot, 5 agen, 6 gateway (Jakarta, Surabaya, Batam, Medan, Denpasar, dan Balikpapan) dan 750 karyawan di seluruh Indonesia. Untuk mematuhi stdanarisasi operasional dan pengembangan SDM, TNT Indonesia telah dilengkapi dengan sertifikasi SA 8000, Investor in People, atas komitmennya dalam mengembangkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan sertifikasi terintegrasi meliputi ISO 9001, ISO 14001 dan OHSAS 18001. Mulai tanggal 4 April 2010, perusahaan TNT yang beroperasi di Indonesia berubah menjadi perusahaan joint venture dengan nama PT TNT Sykpak International Express. Dengan perubahan yang baru ini memungkinkan TNT melakukan investasi secara langsung untuk meningkatkan infrastruktur dan layanan di Indonesia.
Primary Responsibility
Report directly to Branch General Manager for East Indonesia. This position is responsible for all branch activities including generate revenue, maintain relationship with existing client as well as to obtain new clients, monitor debtor performance and handle customer service matters. In addition, effective operation, budget planning cost control and people development and achieve branch target as well as manage day-to-day operational branch activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in sales/branch management, great people management with motivational abilities, excellent business acumen, excellent analytical and communication skill, excellent verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office. This position require the jobholder must have driving license and own car.
