Primary Responsibility
- Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the senior management of the company Coordinate with meetings, conference calls, other internal problem ,etc- Able to maintain proper filing system to ensure easy retrieval- Able to handle various kinds of project management office affairs- Handle business correspondences drafting, minutes taking, and numerical data analyzing- Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure- Monitor office supplies, and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective orders- Has knowledge in Indonesia regulations- Make travel arrangements for executives, such as booking air ticket, hotel and outing- Responsible in petty cash for daily expenses

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Business, Management, Marketing, Finance or its equivalent- Minimum of three (3) years experience in administrative management- Well understanding of business practices and rules- Good at planning and highly motivated and results-oriented individual- Technically proficient in MS Office and expert in Microsoft Excel- Good written and verbal in Mandarin (a must) & English, excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment- High integrity, professionalism and confidentialy- Able to work underpressure & willing to overtime- Full time position available- Located in West Jakarta
