Primary Responsibility
• Responsible to design training all product knowledge, new product or product development• Responsible to conduct training materials & responsibility to handle all training proccess• Monitoring and analyze the data and the training needs analysis• Develop and manage an effective program for product knowledge, new product or product development training to ensure the achievement of sales targets• Maintain a keen sense of awareness of industry and market trends as well as competition in order to leverage training support and services provided• Manage good relationship with other related units• Management of the training budget

• Max 30 years old• Good looking, Humble, open minded, willing and eager to learn• Communication Skill and Analytical Skill• Fluent in english both oral and written• Computer Literature, Microsoft Office• Coffee and Tea lover• Candidates who has the working experience in food and beverage (Tea, Coffee, Coffe Machine and yogurt) as trainer• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Being able to compile the training teaching materials independently• Have a good knowledge in Training Need Analysis (TNA)• Willing to travel
