- Contacting customers to remind the due date for payment by phone and email- Contacting customers to obtain an appointment date to pay for the already overdue by phone, email and letter- Reporting using MS Office

Qualification
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from reputable university- Maximum 1 year experience in administration position (experience in Insurance business will be more advantages)- Good in English both verbal and written- Good communication skill, accurate, active, and detail oriented- Good skill in Microsoft Office is a must
