Primary Responsibility
MAintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program: counseling managers on candidate selection: conductng and analysing exit interviews:recommending changes

Qualification
Candidate ,ust possess at least a Bacjelor's Degree, Human Resources Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Applicants must be willing to work in Pulomas, Jakarta Timur
Preferably Manager/Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
