Primary Responsibility
• He/she must work very closely with hiring team to ensure that they adequately understand the needs of the manager and the requirements and expectations of the job It's critical that he/she to develop and keep strong relationships and submit all hiring employees, the Talent & Development Section Head will administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees as well as assit with the orientation process They work closely with the manager department during this phase• Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps workers create long-term career plans aithin an organization• Supervise the implementation, process and invitatives to meet the aspirations on talent management, career development, succession planning and management developmentin line with the talent/learning and development strategies• Conducting the assessment center process and prepare a report in accordance with the norms of organizational competencies to determine the candidates who meet the requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Required Skill(s): Talent Management, People Development, Hire, New Hire Orientation, On Boarding, Competencies, Asssessment Center, Performance Matrics, Employee training, Psychological Assessment• Preferably section head in Talent & development or equivalent• Located in Karawang, West Java
