Primary Responsibility
• Responsibility for all enquiry include handling complaint from customer through Telephone, BBM, Email or Chat
• Make Reservation for Hotel, Train and Airllines
• Do simple administration
Qualification
Qualification
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field
• At least 1 year of working experience in Call Centre
• Good communication
• Customer Service oriented
• Can operate Abacus and Altea reservation system will be more advantage
• Applicants must be willing to work in shifting and/or Holiday and/or Weekend
