Company Introduction
BICOM is a IT Solutions company established in early of year 2008 which focus on delivering valuable and reliable IT services to customer with the concept of "One Stop IT Solutions".
Bicom service and solutions include IT Managed Service, Server and Network installation, System Implementation and Integration, Web Development and Hardware and Software suppliers.
Primary Responsibility
- Answer staff questions in person or via phone on all company supported applications, determine source of computer problems and fix the issue (hardware, software, user access, etc.)
- Handle incoming phone call and escalation of problems
- Remotely troubleshoot problems through email/telephone by taking over the control users terminals via LAN/WAN connections
- Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues
- Update information on Help desk Ticketing System (Progress, Record Historical Solution as knowledge base)
- Manage Computer Inventory from Acquisition to disposal
Qualification
Qualification
- Male
- Education Diploma/SMK/S1 majoring in Information Technic
- Preferred min. 1 year working experiences in providing IT services as well as technical support, including hardware and software management
- Understand the basic network infrastructure (Active Directory, LAN, IP Routing, and Firewall)
- Proficient in English both oral & written
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to present the solution to customer
- Result oriented, Teamwork, able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
- Willing to be located in customer site
- Preferable has own motorcycle
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Willing to work on shift system
