Sebagai business partner dari All Nippon Airways Cargo Express, kami memiliki +/ 100 orang karyawan yang tersebar di beberapa kota di Indonesia.
Primary Responsibility
Execute daily HR operations
Calculate payroll reports of montly salary and overtime payment as well with compensation and benefit
Responsible for General Affair activities (electricy, parking, office equipments, etc).
Handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan
Maintain good relationship with vendors and government agencies
Handling recruitment
Keeping company datas and legal documentsof Japanese expatriates
Qualification
Qualification
Male max age 35 yo
Must be a meticulous person. Good with numbers and datas
English (Oral & Written) and Computer literate (microsoft offices)
Have versatile knowledge about industrial relation and Employment laws (UU NO 13 Th 2003).
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law or equivalent (Fresh graduate welcome, but preferably have one year working experience as HR Staff from a logistic company)
Team player, fast learner, and diligent.
Can join immediately & willing to work in Soewarna near Soerkarno Hatta Int’l Airport
