Company Introduction
President University pertama kali dirumuskan pada bulan September 1997 oleh S. D. Darmono, Direktur Utama PT Jababeka Tbk. dan Prof. Donald W. Watts, yang pada saat itu menjabat sebagai Presiden dari Bond University, Queensland dan Wakil Rektor Curtin University, Australia Barat. Tujuan utama didirikannya President University sebagai sebuah lembaga pendidikan adalah untuk mempersiapkan pemimpin masa depan yang dibutuhkan dalam industri dan masyarakat melalui keterampilan dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan untuk bersaing secara global setelah lulus dari kegiatan perkuliahan.
Primary Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR Policies and procedurer
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the HR Policy
- Planing and organizing training program for employess and also developing a scientific system that evaluates the training result
- Planning and organizing executing recruitment plan that is approved by the company and making necessary human resource reserves for managerial level position and other specific positions
- Maintain contracts with departments regarding compliance of safety, health,etc
- Developing for budget plan Monthly, Quarter and annual
- Developing a corporate structure that change human resource achieving corporate target
- Manages assets operational vehicles & General Affair
Qualification
Qualification
- The candidate should be energetic, experienced in their field, and good loyalty.
- Have minimum 3 years experience in the similar position
- Min Bachelor’s degree any field
- Good knowledge of HR and GA functions and labor law
- Strong communication skills and english fluency both oral and written
- Organizational and managerial skills
- Problem solving and strong analytical thinking
- Able to commicate effectively and building a good relationship with all level of employee in organization
