Primary Responsibility
- Marketing Intelligence to develop business plan together with important key selected outlet & area to achieve sales performance.- Competitor Intelligence, actively monitor competitor’s performances and activities, including pricing and promotion strategies.- Provide comprehensive information related to area development such as new policy, structure, business opportunity, etc.- Manage and maintain strategic, cross-functional relationships, and regular dialogue with key stakeholders at area.- Monitoring and controlling the efficient of stores operation on daily basis, including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion also customer service.- Market visit with distributor and team.- Submit monthly promotion plan to ensure stock availability during promotion period.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.- Proven experience in FMCG with strong background in local area as Area Sales Manager, at least 3 years.- Willing to be placed at North Sumatera (Medan).- Proficient in English.- Proper knowledge in Marketing Intelligence and Competitor Intelligence Promotion.- Have good knowledge about negotiation with modern retail and promotion activity.
