Primary Responsibility
• Supervising the activities of Sales Representatives under the supervision• Monitoring daily performance of each Sales Representatives under the supervision• Monitoring daily performance of vendors in deploying and maintaining EDC• Proposing adhoc program for his/ her unit, including training for SR or cashiers• Setting up yearly target and budget for Area• Maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders for the retail business performance considering the leveling (i.e: Regions, Areas, Branches)• Escalating daily internally to maintain certain level of satisfaction from the client (i.e: with Business Operation on the SLAs, with Business Development on new initiatives and features development)• Minimum 7 years experience in Marketing/Sales• Preferable have understanding in Payment Industry• Proactive
