PT. DIC Graphics is a wholly owned printing ink and sales subsidiary of DIC Corporation-the world’s largest producer of printing inks, pigment and other chemicals that operate under DIC and Sun Chemical name.
PT. DIC Graphics has been in indonesia since 1979, formerly know as PT. DIC Indonesia and became PT. DIC Graphics after marging with PT. Coates Indonesia in year 2003.
Today. PT. DIC Graphics not only operates as one of the largest printing ink companies in Indonesia but also manages the only pigment manufacturer in Indonesia after acquiring PT. Monokem Surya in December 2012.
Organize all orders and coordinate with procurement department
Support and check on time delivery activities
Perform and assist Sales Manager to make decision as necessary for orders cancellation, communicate with the sales executive based on product segment, responsible in confirmation PO
Produce Sales Analysis Report for all segment of company products on a weekly and monthly basis and ensuring the accuracy of the report
Responsible on inventory stock in warehouse location
Correspondence with Production and Export team
Ensure all product shipments are running well
Calculate and propose data for Debit Note, Credit Note and Indent Commission
Give report and suggestion to ensure the working places in safe and healthy condition
Participate in identification HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) as per their area and activities.
Actively participate in continual improvement program of ISO 9001 and SMK3.
Medium conceptual handling in customer service, good and effective communication with sales and customers, also problem solving in customer complaint.
Knowing well Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, including Microsoft Outlook).
2-3 (two to three) years of relevant experience in customer service/marketing department in manufacturing company with preference in ink, paint or chemical industry.
Understand warehouse administration, stock inventory, FIFO and usage report.
Should possess customer handling, problem solving, conceptualization, as well as good service skills, therefore he/she could deliver valuable support to marketing.
Know and understand all of applicable ISO 9001 and SMK3.
English is a must
