Primary Responsibility
• Oversee the operations & implementations of SOP of the designated food court on daily basis• Lead the operation team in maintaining the service quality within the food court premises• Initiate and coordinate activities with other departments to increase traffic & sales• Responsible for the implementation of strategy to achieve the target sales• Responsible to create required report to the GM & Management

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field• Required skill(s): food and beverage operation, Food And Beverage Management• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent• Placement for : Pekanbaru, Medan, Cirebon, Semarang
