Primary Responsibility
Lead and execute the recruitment process, which involves writing job descriptions, job posting, preparing job application forms, conducting interview process and selecting candidates
Manages the development and training of our Super Team
Creating, implementing and disseminating policies and rules, ensuring that every staff understands company’s policies and rules and more importantly, increasing the overall morale of the team
Adhering to Employment Laws and Regulations and ensuring that the Company adheres to the Employment Laws and Regulations
Manages all General Affairs of the company, ensuring that all General Affairs are handled in the most appropriate manner
Qualification
Qualification
Aged 22-30 years old
At least 1-2 years of experience as Human Resources Officer
Bi-lingual in English and Indonesian – with excellent oral and written skills
Computer literate – able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Great personality, outgoing and solutions-oriented
Driven, has a high sense of leadership
Curiosity – willingness to challenge company culture where necessary
