Manage a team of Customer Support Representatives
Mentor and help all team members to provide an exceptional customer experience, as measured through internal quality assessments and customer satisfaction surveys.
Manage your team to complete projects that enhance the customer experience and growth of the business
Build a high-performing team that is solid and exceeds benchmarks in productivity and quality
Lead projects that will help Seekmi improve on an as needed basis, specifically customer satisfaction, increasing fulfillment rate, decreasing the pending orders and cancellation rate.
Mentor and train CS Representatives to be reasy to serve our customers with the current SOP.
Assist in interviewing and hiring potential candidates for the Customer Service Representative position.
Help plan for the future and growth of the Seekmi Customer Support Center
Obsess over your team to drive positive morale.
Becoming a leader for the CS Representatives and assist the operations team on an as needed basis.
Constantly coming up with different ways to make our CS team more efficient, for example simplifying our current SOPs. Looking for different tools that our Customer Service can use to communicate with our customers effectively.
