Degree or diploma in hotel management
Knowledge of food presentation, and event service operation
Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they affect section
Knowledge of inventory controls, supplies and equipment
Strong communication skills
Strong customer and associate relation skills
Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems
