Primary Responsibility
Handle HR strategic function: creating company’s culture and make sure it is internalized to every employee, setting up company regulation, salary scheme, performance management system, and all HR/GA standard operations procedure.
Handle operational function of HR: recruitment, organizational development, compensation & benefit, GA, and legal
Qualification
Qualification
Bachelor degree from reputable university with 4-5 years of experience in human resource
Experienced as HR Generalist, preferred supervisor level
Strong experience in recruitment
Have a knowledge about Indonesia Labor Law – Act 13 of 2003
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to organize and manage multiple priorities, comfortable in ambiguity and fine with failure and rapid iteration
Strong interpersonal skill and willing to provide assistance to junior staffs
Possess high integrity and able to maintain strict confidentiality
