Primary Responsibility
Lead the recruitment team consist of recruiters, admins, and interns to achieve recruitment targets
Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
Design recruitment scheme and iteratively update it based on candidate's experience
Work and maintain good relations with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies
Manages and develops the team of HR recruiters
Qualification
Qualification
Min. 5 years of experience in recruiting, experienced as recruiting supervisor is desirable
Experienced in recruitment consultant and headhunter will be a plus
Experienced as recruiter for IT, education, and business positions is desirable
Able to work in a fast-paced environment juggling between multiple priorities
Able to work under pressure
Have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as maintain deadlines
An initiative and creative person, able to work independently with minimum supervision, but also as part of project team
