• Age 25 - 35 years old• Have a minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in similar or greater• Degree from Reputable University in Secretary/Administration• Good looking, dynamic,The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it• Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills• Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software• Provicient in english
