Company Introduction
The early 1990’s saw countries in South East Asia, including Indonesia, going through a period of rapid economic growth. At that time, imported products primarily met the demand for fresh dairy produce. The absence of large-scale commercial dairy farms in Indonesia, coupled with the vast availability of labour and natural resources, presented a huge opportunity to create a significant dairy enterprise to supply the domestic Indonesian market and the region.
On March 14, 1997, PT Greenfields Indonesia was established by a group of Australian and Indonesian entrepreneurs. The company commenced the development of a dairy farm at Desa Babadan, Mt. Gunung Kawi, Malang, East Java in April 1997, and began the construction of a milk processing facility that became operational in June 2000. Till today, Extended Shelf Life (ESL) pasteurised and Ultra High Temperature (UHT) milk produced by the farm is of the highest quality and meets the world’s toughest microbiological standards.
Greenfields Indonesia’s dairy farm has a cattle population of over 7,200 Friesian Holstein cows, producing over 27 million litres of fresh milk each year. Besides supplying the domestic market, over 50% of its finished products are sold in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines and other countries in the region.
Primary Responsibility
Memimpin, mengkoordinasikan, dan mengarahkan aktivitas tim Area Sales & Promotion di wilayahnya untuk memastikan target penjualan tercapai
Memonitor pencapaian target penjualan distributor (sell-in) di seluruh area yang ada di wilayahnya
Mendukung kegiatan logistik di distributor terkait penerimaan dan pendistribusian produk Greenfields, serta pengiriman dokumen penagihan ke kantor pusat AAF
Mengkoordinasikan penanganan keluhan pelanggan (customer complaint) di wilayahnya dengan pihak-pihak terkait.
Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan promosi produk Greenfields di wilayahnya
Melakukan prospek kepada calon customer di wilayahnya, baik MT maupun FS, dan memastikan distributor dapat mendukungnya
Membuat laporan kompilasi kegiatan penjualan dan promosi atas area-area di wilayahnya
Membina tim Area Sales & Promotion dalam mempromosikan dan meningkatkan penjualan produk Greenfields
Qualification
Qualification
Pendidikan S1 dari berbagai disiplin ilmu.
Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun
Memahami model bisnis Consumer Good/FMCG
Menguasai MS Office (Word, Excel, dan Powerpoint)
Memiliki kemampuan menjual (selling skills)
Dapat berkomunikasi dan melakukan negosiasi dengan baik
Achievement orientation dan pro-aktif, memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi
Dapat mengendarai mobil (memiliki SIM A)
