Primary Responsibility
* Create a performance appraisal reports.
* Responsible in Employee Recruitment Process.
* General data admin and handling document.
* Collecting and reviewing product registration document for principal.
* Preparing submissions of license variations and renewals to strict deadlines.
Qualification
Qualification
* Male / Female.
* Education min Bachelor Degree (S1) Majoring in Law or Psychology from reputable university.
* Min experiences 5 yr with the same level and position.
* Have Knowledge with HR System, Labor Law, Payroll System, and Taxation is must.
* Able to Analyze employees competent.
* Good analytical, conceptual, and administrative skills.
* Have a strong knowledge of recruitment process, manpower regulation, training, organizational development.
* Strong leadership and good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and negotiation.
* Ability to self-motivate, team player attitude, paying respect to deadlines and attention details.
* Hard worker and able to work under pressure.
