Primary Responsibility
- Conduct to recruitment process (Searching candidates, screening candidates, interview, psycho test)- Provide accurate & reliable database candidates, weekly & monthly process recruitment report- Coordination with all department to conduct training accordance with company policies

- Maximum 30 years old- S1 Degree in Psychology, Major from reputable university- Having minimum 2 years’ of working experience in Retail/Mall/Hotel/Building Management.- Having good competency on Interview Technique and exposed in assessment tool utilization- Have knowledge on Training & Development (TNA, Training Implementation, Training Behavior, etc...)- Good Relationship, Communicative, Teamwork and Hard worker - Willing to work under pressure - Fast learner and self-motivate
