• Degree or diploma in hotel management
• Knowledge of food presentation, and event service operation
• Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they affect section
• Knowledge of inventory controls, supplies and equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Strong customer and associate relation skills
• Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems
• Bandung based
