Primary Responsibility
Maintain files and financial reports
Prepares and expedites purchase orders and direct payments, etc.
Reconcile all banks, control and other accounts
Process payroll and maintain required records
Process petty cash reconciliations
Process and control payment of invoices payable
Assist with issuing invoices and managing accounts receivable
Process monthly and annual tax payment
Performs other duties assigned
Qualification
Qualification
Maximum 27 years old
Bachelor degree in Finance from reputable university
GPA min. 3.00
Minimum 2 years working experience as Finance staff
Preferably holding tax certification of Brevet A & B
Able to work under pressure & detail oriented
