Primary Responsibility
1. Communicate service related issues and resolutions effectively to Client Customer Service Representatives.
2. Resolve client and carrier inquiries in a timely manner
3. Provide various freight bill audits and billing issues as required
4. Reports customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction
5. Acts as a liaison between the customer and the load movement
6. May require travels to customers as assigned by immediate management andhttp://www.karir.com/or supervisor
7. Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned
Qualification
Qualification
1. Age maximal 35 years old
2. S1 in any major
3. Minimal 4 years working experience in similiar position
4. Computer literate, good command in English
5. Possess high integrity, strong leadership, excellent communication skill, passionate, motivated and result oriented
