Primary Responsibility
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counseling manager on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommending changes
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring in implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings
- Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law
Qualification
Qualification
- Minimum S1 from reputable University
- Maximum 45 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience as HR Manager
- Familiar with SOP Development, and HR System
- Has a strong interpersonal skill
