Currently, We are representing one of our valuable clients in Telecommunication Industry. They are a multinational company that currently is looking for a Helpdesk Support Manager to be based in their head office in Jakarta.
Some of responsibilities of Helpdesk Support Manager that they are looking for are:
1. Provide excellent customer service utilizing MAGIC (Make a Great Impression on the Customer) concepts.
2. Provide 24 hour technical and application support to all Associates and systems.
3. Provide Tier 3 technical support for applicable servers and desktops as needed.
4. Accurately communicates pertinent information.
5. Interview and assist in the hiring of Help Desk Technicians.
6. Train other Help Desk Technicians and others as assigned by Manager.
7. Manage and oversee the Change Control Board and related processes.
8. Design, document, approve and maintain advanced Help Desk incident/statistical reports, training materials, policies, and other related materials including hardware specifications/requirements.
9. Research and recommend products and product enhancements for all aspects of IT related software and hardware.
10. Create and maintain desktop and laptop computer maintain imaging database for all client machines.
11. Provide individual application and technical support to Executives.
1. Education background from IT
2. Having experience as user or consultant in IT customer support
3. Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both staff members and customers
4. Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members
5. Ability to multitask
6. Have good temperate to handle disputes and emergencies
7. Must be customer focus oriented
8. Strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure
