Primary Responsibility

Currently, We are representing one of our valuable clients in E-commerce Industry. They are a multinational company that currently is looking for a AP Accountant to be based in their head office in Jakarta.
Some of responsibilities of AP Accountant that they are looking for are:
1. Reporting to the Finance & Accounting Manager
2. Responsible in assisting of the preparation of correct and timely monthly financial statements and analysis according to generally accounting principles and Indonesia office process and procedures.
3. To ensure that Inter-Company transactions are recorded properly and all related documents are issued/ received.
4. To check vendors’ invoices and their supporting documents before processing for payments.
5. To input/ record vendors’ invoices for payments.
6. To work with other people in the same department/ other department to ensure that all costs are properly booked.
7. Responsible for managing Petty Cash
8. To record and maintain reports on all Petty Cash related transactions and do regular physical cash count according to accounting procedures.
9. To file all supporting documents systematically.
10. To assist in preparing all necessary reports and schedule for statutory/ tax reporting.
11. To highlight to Management any lapses and violations to the internal control, policies and procedures.
Qualification
Qualification
1. Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting
2. Minimum 3 years accounting experiences, preferably in multinational companies
3. Strong organization, tracking, follow-up and analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate a strong concerns for order, quality, and accuracy of work with strong attention to detail
4. A team player with ability to work well with internal staffs and third parties
5. Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, problem solver, result oriented and able to work under minimum supervision.
7. Fluent in English
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
9. Accounting system experience would be an advantage
