Primary Responsibility
- Plan, implement and develop organizational development strategies (covering specific areas relevant to organizational structure and others)
- Establishes and maintain appropriate systems to measure important aspects of organizational performance and human reource planning
- Consults with management on performance review, organizational strategy and people development matters. Conducts assessment need to determine the standard which is required to enhance staffs performance and overall company performance.
- Provides a broad range of consultative services to all levels of staffs regarding policies and procedures
- Design a proper job description according to the company values
- Create competency models; job description evaluation, management system and performance appraisal based on competency / merit system
- Analyzes the needs of assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of staff performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company
- Plans, implement & develops Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Designs and develops HR training programs for management and staffs
- Prepare administration which is related with training activity, making report of training recapitulation
- Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments. Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance
- Develops methods of performance management measurements in order to align with the organizational goals
- Other programs related to development: effective career model design, talent management design, management of learning process and employee development

- Willing to be placed at Kendal (Central Java)
Specific
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology
- Good knowledge in Training Need Analysis and Training Matrix
- Experience in deliver and facilitate training, both in-class or outdoor
- Minimum experience 3-4 years in Organization & Development area
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
