Primary Responsibility
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk- Assist with onboarding of new users- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware and software

- Male- Age Max 26 years old- Having minimum Diploma/Associate Degree majoring in Information Technology or Computer Science from reputable University- Have knowledge in Server & Desktop and networking- Able to inventory and maintain hardware, license software and service agreement- Good analytical and problem solving skills- Having experience in server virtualization or certification MCP, CCNA, etc is an advantage- Excellent communication skill & good attitude- Able to work under pressure and complete the task with excellent service skill
