Responsible for managing and developing human resources, planning, implementation and monitoring of human resources and the development of quality human resources.
Creating HR systems are effective and efficient, making SOP, job description, training and development system etc. - Have full responsibility for employee recruitment process, from finding job candidates up to onboarding.
Doing selection, promotion, demotion transferring and employees deemed necessary.
Conducting coaching, training and activities related to development of capabilities, potential, mental, skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with company standards.
Responsible for matters related to employee absenteeism, calculation of salaries, bonuses and benefits.
Making a contract of employment, or renew an extension of the validity period of employment contract and letter of appointment of permanent employees.
Exercise disciplinary actions on employees who violate rules or policies of the company.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Human Resource, and/or Law.
Having At least 3 years of working experience in managerial position.
Age between 35 - 40 years old
Having good leadership & good communication skills.
Able to translate corporate strategy in the form of appropriate HR policies.
Able to manage changes that occur in the company effectively.
Having good business knowledge.
Having the ability to operate psychological tests, to understand the labor laws, etc. payroll system.
Having knowledge about recruitment process and procedures.
