- Assisting the sales team in creating quotes
- Assisting the sales team in creating itinerary
- Assisting the contracting team to get prices & info from various suppliers
- Data entry into reservation system and B2C platforms
- Performing all task specifically asked by Happy Trails management according to a mutually agreed time schedule.Competences

Qualification
Qualification
- Previous experience in a travel agency or data entry is an advantage
- Good English, both spoken and written
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Excellent with Microsoft Office Program including Excel
- Good IT skills
