Primary Responsibility
• Contribute in improving employee satisfaction by managing processing salary, overtime, benefits to achieve better organization health• Align HR strategy with business strategy by executing projects in the area of compensation and benefits• Optimize service delivery through streamlined process for employee compensation and benefits• Maintain and update employees' documents and data
Qualification
Qualification
• Min. Bachelor Degree in related major, with min. GPA 2.75• Have min 2 years work experience in a related position• Have experience in operationg payroll system. SAP experience is highly preferable• Have good understanding in taxation procedures• Have good understanding in Pph 21 and labor law• Self-motivated and a Team Player at the same time• Excellent written and spoken English• Good analytical & conceptual thinking skills, creative and innovative• Computer proficiency and familiar with the internet• Good communication skills• Willing to work on Saturdays and to be posted in all BINUS units/locations
