Primary Responsibility
Production planning
Coordinate internal demand and monitor internal supply request
Coordinate all activities with production \7 operational manager
Inventory control-to ensure rhe WIP and warehouse stock based on optimum level
Warehouse & delivery
Supplier relation_To negotiate and monitor the supplier about deliveries and coordinate the shipment deadlines to align with the overall deadline of the project delivery
Control sub contarctor performance and support subcontractor develoment
Supplier's sourcing a continuing process

Qualification
Technical skills area aplus
Knowledge of Quality and Mfg Engineering
Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia is a must
Knowledge to operate and co-manage ERP system an IT
Leadership, Proactive, Analycal thinking, hARD WORKER. gOOD ATTITUDE, wELL ORGANIZED
Qualified/Skilled in supply Chain tools (RFQ, Request for quotations suppliers Quote comparisons and feedback Analysis)
Knowledge of MRP process materials requirements planning
Knowledge of SOP processes
Organizational sense
Work in a team
More than 4 years in Production planning or scheduling
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Masters Degree/Post Garduate Degree, Engineering (others) or equivalent
Required skill(s): SAP, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Auto Cad
Required langauge(s): English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Applicants must be willing to work in ubud
Preferably Supervisor/coordinators specializing in Manufacturing/production operations or equivalent
