Air Drilling Associates - One of the largest providers of air/foam/aerated fluids drilling services to the petroleum and geothermal energy industries.
Air Drilling Associates was established in 2002 by Chaman Malhotra and Don Wells, respectively the former CEO and Operations Manager of Air Drilling Services (ADS). Before ADS was sold to Dailey Drilling Services in 1999, it was the largest air drilling company in the world with operations on every continent. With more than 30 years of air drilling experience, Don Wells, who is now the President of Air Drilling Associates, has set up most of ADS international projects in countries such as Guatemala, Indonesia, Italy, Kenya, Papua New Guinea, Spain, Syria, Thailand, and the list goes on.
Air Drilling Associates now has operations in the USA, Canada, Iceland, Indonesia, the Philippines, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. The overseas (non-US/Canada) operations are run through its wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore, Air Drilling Associates Pte Ltd, and managed by Diederik Zwager. Diederik has extensive experience managing and setting up geothermal air drilling as well as underbalanced drilling projects across the Asia-Pacific region. Diederik resides in both Singapore and Jakarta, where Air Drilling Associates has its International Operations Support Center.
Primary Responsibility
Forward calls
Order and maintain stock of office supplies
Will be the first point of contact for any visitors at the office
Responsible for every incoming and outgoing letters, documents, packages
Responsible for any incoming and outgoing faxs
Responsible to check every invoice and tax invoice before handed over to finance
Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Has to ensure staff movements in and out of office
Assist and book travel arrangements for employees
Coordinate schedule of meeting room
Report any maintenance issue from building management immediately to the Office Coordinator
Having good relation with Building Management
Keeping a track of important calls and letter
Assist other staff to do clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc
Assist other staff to create Purchase Order if needed
Create office cleaning schedule
Qualification
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Attractive and have good manner
Fluent in English
Good computer skills, with focus on Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
Have an excellent eye for details
Having good communication skill
