Primary Responsibility
• Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing and analyse candidates potential• Develop appropriate recomendation based on psychological test and interview• Provide follow-up to ensure the recommendations were appropriate and useful• Applies ethic and standards of professional practice as corporate recruiter• Create psychological, recruitment, database and new hire reports

• A Bachelor Degree in psychology or human resource management with minimum GPA 3,00• Have at least 1 year of working experience as Recruiter• Have maximum age 29 years old• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• A good team player and enjoy to work with various people• Competent in candidate sourcing and screening, also able to understand and analyse the needs of user• Good command of spoken and written English• Willing to travel on assignments
