Primary Responsibility
Extensive expereince with large CISCO Voice ip (VoIP) networks in diverse technical and business environments including upgrade of Cisco Unfield Communication Manager (CUCM)
Expereince troubleshooting large enterprise VoIP and capacity issues
Familiar with Cisco Unfield Contract Center Express (UCCX). CAD agents, Finese and complex IVR scripting & queue management
Expereince integrating analog communications into VoIP Networks (analog phones, faxes, voice &fax gateways)
Development and mainteance of technical documentation
Through undertanding of routing protocols and QoS
Ongoing monitoring and management of all managed and unmanaged networking devices within the KBR APAC region
Maintaining the various KBR network management systems to ensure complience on all production systems monitoring
Ensuring all managed devices meet KBR standard configuration duidelines and software versioning
Must have good technical knowledge on Cisco Call Manager platforms including Cisco Call Manager, Call Manager Express, Unit, VMWare vSpehre ESXi, Video Collaboration, including capacity/feasibility planning, new installations, upgrades, congiguration, feature functionally testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, backup systems, security procedures/protocols, operating procedures and guidelines, and user connectivity
Good implementation/troubleshooting expereince on Cisco PT.
Have clear understanding on VOIP protocols like SIP, H. 323 and MGCP plus clear understanding of Telco protocols like ISDN and analog signaling
Wirk with Third Party Providers to assist in problem resolution of telecommunication problems
Initiates network improvement recomendations, based upon expereinces
Design and installation of network devices and carrier services for exisitng and new sites
Responding to and troubleshooting network related issues and alerts for devices and applications including escalation to third party vendors where required
Manages and administers Cisco Call Manager infrastucture including capacity/feasibility planning, new installations, upgrades, configuration, feature functionally testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, backup systems, security procedures/protocols, operating procedures and guideliness, and user connectivity
Working within the various business units and project managers within KBR to achieve successful outcomes for their requirements
Qualification
Qualification
Minimum 8+years of expereince in a corporate network/voice support role
Minimum CCNA (prefered CCNP) Voice or Collaboration
Strong Cisco routing and switching expereince
Strong Cisco Call Manager expereince
Expereince wowrking in an ITIL environment
The ability to communicate technical details and concepts to at least senior management level within a customer organization
Expereince with Cisco wireless networks
Strong communication skills in fluent English and customer services focus
Strong ability to work independently completing tasks and projects as well as being able to work effectively in a geographical dispersed team
